Best day ever

The park by our house has been under construction for what feels like forever. But it finally opened this morning. I think someone is happy about that.

And please excuse the bib. I thought we were done with that but with the advent of multiple teeth (I honestly think he's got 4-6 coming in), we've had to regress. *sigh*

They even went back this afternoon!

We know the kid loves to dance, but it looks like he has other (artsy) talents. Maybe I don't need to be stressing over the balance in his 529...

People have commented on how long his fingers are... guess they are good for piano playing!

Happy anniversary sweetie pie. Baby pies and I are over joyed to be celebrating another milestone together. Aren't you glad that we've made it this far (haha -I joke). Here's to another great year (and more) ahead... let's see what kind of fun we can have.

*According to wikipedia (yes, I realize this isn't a valid academic source, but for my purposes it'll do just fine *thankyouverymuch*), the traditional wedding anniversary gift for 4 years is linen or silk. I think this means I should go buy some new clothes! I've been eyeing a dress or two... Good thing the Nordstrom anniversary sale is around the corner -which p.s. when I told Huge about the anniversary sale, he said "they're having a sale for us?". Ya, for someone so smart, sometimes he's not so bright.

We are transitioning Callan to one nap. Guess he couldn't make it today. This is a first - usually he'll fight going to bed if there's something more exciting going on and eating definitely falls under "exciting".
