So technically today is the day *after* Thanksgiving, but since most people were busy yesterday, I'm sure no one will notice! Just wanted to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving and I hope you got to spend it with those you love enjoying a delicious (and glutenous) meal -the real American way. It's also a good time of year to reflect on your blessings and to reflect before the craziness of Christmas arrives. Sometimes you forget how lucky and blessed you are. Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving!
(p.s. this was really just an excuse to post this cute picture of a cookie I ate last week! I wanted to track down the girl pilgrim too, but I figured I should leave it for someone else to enjoy!).
